Normally Facebook provide you function to Deactivate your account but its none of use because its only deactivate your account for a while after that when you try to Login your account it will re-activate ...

so for permanently delete you or anyone's account from Facebook do following steps:

1.go to facebook and login with account details  which account you have to delete 

2.Then follow this link delete my account and follow stpes.

NOTE:- keep in mind that you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve.
